Christmas pickling workshop with thom eagle

Join acclaimed author, fermentaion guru, and Bottega chef Thom Eagle, (and his glamorous assistant Harry) for a pickling & fermention class here in our Cantina at 18.30 on Thursday 28th November.

We’ll make a jar or two of Piccalilli, a Red Cabbage & Apple Kraut, and some sweet pickled grapes, all ready for your Christmas day spread.

Wines and other drinks will be available to buy and drink too..
