Christmas pickling workshop with thom eagle

Join acclaimed author, fermentaion guru, and Bottega chef Thom Eagle, (and his glamorous assistant Harry) for a pickling & fermention class here in our Cantina at 18.30 on Friday 15th December.

We’ll make a jar or two of Piccalilli, and a Red Cabbage & Apple Kraut, all of which will be ready for Christmas day to give as a gift or eat yourself.

Wines will be available to buy and drink too..
