Bottega Caruso shares the foods, recipes and wines from Simona’s village Foglianise, a small village an hour away from Naples in Benevento Province, Campania.
We import artisanal produce such as preserved tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, natural wines and heritage grain flour from our friends & family, and together with the wonderful fresh produce we have here and around Margate, hope to share a little of the Italian south.

Just next door at No.8 Broad Street is our new shop – La Cantina.
Fresh pasta, sauces, olive oil, pesto, ragu, wines, chocolates, books and ceramics. We also teach cookery workshops, host private events and put on wine tastings.
