Salumi di Castelpoto
Castelpoto is a mountain village famous in Sannio for its cured meats & sausages. Every summer there’s even a sausage festival. These cured meats are made with a sweet red pepper called Papaulo, native to the village. Served with round breadsticks & pickles

Lasagna from my hometown Benevento is different from the more typical Bolognese version.
We make it with slow cooked local organic beef & pork ragu & meatballs, boiled eggs and ricotta, and of course freshly made pasta sheets & our family’s tomato sauce

Terms & conditions
A £10 per person deposit per person is required to secure the booking,
refundable with 72 hours’ notice of cancellation.
Pre-order forms are needed a week before the dinner, plus any particular dietary requirements.
*Clams are generally available in December, however there are times when the weather is bad and it isn’t possible to get them. In such a case the alternative dish will be
